Please read our payment policy carefully before confirming any booking with Maddy Tours Egypt.
1. Booking Deposit
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
2. Balance Payment
- The full balance must be settled at least 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date, Maddy Tours Egypt reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank wire transfer
- Cash payments at our office (within working hours)
- PayPal and other digital wallets (subject to availability)
4. Secure Payments
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Always verify you are on the official Maddy Tours Egypt website before making a payment.
5. Payment Receipts
An official payment receipt is issued for every transaction. Please retain all receipts and share the payment reference with us so we can update your booking instantly.
6. Discounts & Promotions
Promotional discounts apply at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Early-bird discounts are applied automatically based on your booking date.
7. Currency
All prices are quoted in $. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank are your responsibility.
