Here is how bookings work with Maddy Tours Egypt so you always know what to expect.
1. How To Book
Send us a booking request using the booking form on any tour page, or email us at booking@maddytoursegypt.com. We will reply with availability, a final price and a detailed itinerary.
2. Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation with all tour details, including dates, meeting points and inclusions.
3. Deposit & Balance
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour start date.
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure are payable in full at the time of booking.
4. Changes To Your Booking
We are happy to adjust dates or details subject to availability. Changes made within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Please contact us as early as possible with any changes.
5. Special Requests
Let us know about dietary needs, accessibility requirements or special occasions when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
6. What Happens Next
After your booking is confirmed, our team will share practical travel guidance - including visa requirements, packing tips and airport pickup details - so you travel with total confidence.
